Choices. Every day is a series of them. From the moment we awake until the moment we drift o” to sleep. Everything is a choice. Some are subtle, seemingly inconsequential (Do I put my left sock on before my right sock?). Others more signi#cant, potentially life changing (Am I ok to drive?). Even not making a choice is a choice. So is choosing to choose later. No matter how small or how big, the important thing is to approach each choice with mindful consideration, knowing that we are the choices we make.
